We are so excited that you are joining us in Idaho Falls, Idaho, for three days of dynamic sessions with top educators and experts, scenic excursions, and so much more.
DAY 1: June 14, 2023 — NETWORKING DAY
Spend a day networking with Stukent authors, industry professionals, and peers in scenic Jackson Hole, Wyoming OR Yellowstone National Park! More information about these scenic excursions can be found below.
DAY 2: June 15, 2023 — FULL DAY OF CONFERENCE SESSIONS
Conference sessions will be held in Idaho Falls. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided.
DAY 3: June 16, 2023 — HALF DAY OF CONFERENCE SESSIONS
Sadly, all good things must come to an end! We will finish off another great ProfCon event with a half-day schedule. Breakfast and lunch will be provided.

ProfCon Meal Information
The following meals are provided by Stukent during the conference.
Thursday, June 15
BREAKFAST
Breakfast includes orange or cranberry juice; sliced seasonal fruit; scrambled eggs with peppers, onions, ham, and potatoes; bacon and sausage links; assorted muffins and pastries; French roast coffee; and Tazo teas.
LUNCH: Taco Bar
The taco bar includes seasoned ground beef, shredded chicken, shredded lettuce and cheese, diced tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, refried beans, and Spanish rice. Served with soft flour tortillas and corn tortilla shells and tortilla chips.
SNACK: Warmed Pretzels
HORS D’OEUVRES (5:30 – 6:30 PM)
Hors d’oeuvres include vegetable and fruit trays, chicken kabobs and spicy peanut sauce, bruschetta, and spinach artichoke dip.
Drink tickets for wine, beer, and soda will be provided as well.
Friday, June 16
BREAKFAST
Breakfast includes orange and cranberry juice; sliced seasonal fruit; French toast with maple syrup; scrambled eggs; bacon and sausage links, coffee; and Tazo teas.
LUNCH: Salad Bar
The salad bar includes the chef’s soup of the day, along with tossed greens, spinach, and an assortment of dressings; diced grilled chicken; diced ham and turkey; chopped hard-boiled eggs; croutons, beets, sprouts, carrots, crispy bacon bits, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, ripe olives; grated parmesan and cheddar cheese; and warm breadsticks.
SNACK: Tortilla Chips and Salsa

Day 1: Networking Day Information & Itineraries
Attendees are responsible for their own meals during the excursions.
Transportation, water, and snacks will be provided by Stukent as part of the conference registration.
Jackson Hole, WY Excursion
Tucked between the Teton and Gros Ventre mountain ranges, Jackson Hole is one of the mountain west’s most scenic destinations. It’s said that a moment spent in Jackson Hole lasts a lifetime, so take advantage of your ProfCon trip and explore a piece of the Great American West! You’ll experience Jackson Hole’s incredible vistas, historic sites, fine dining, and more. On this excursion, ProfCon attendees will visit several sites in Jackson Hole as well as scenic locations in Grand Teton National Park.
Yellowstone National Park Excursion
Yellowstone National Park was the first national park in the United States. This natural wonder boasts some of the country’s most unique hydrothermal features, including geysers, hot springs, and mud pots. Enjoy cascading waterfalls, awe-inspiring wildlife, and hikes for people of all ages and fitness levels. On this excursion, attendees will visit Yellowstone National Park’s most famous attractions.
7:30 a.m.: Departure
The bus leaves from the Hilton Garden Inn. Attendees are encouraged to arrive at the meetup location no later than 7:15 a.m. A light breakfast will be served. Travel time to the park is approximately two and a half hours.
10:30 a.m.: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort
Stukent will provide tickets for the resort’s Aerial Tram. For more information, please visit the Aerial Tram page.
Lunch: While Stukent is not providing lunch on this day, there are a variety of restaurants in the area that attendees can choose from.
1 p.m.: Jenny Lake
Stroll around one of the most beautiful lakes in the Grand Teton National Park!
2:30-6:30 p.m.: Free time in Jackson Hole
Take the afternoon to explore on your own, purchase souvenirs, and eat dinner.
6:30 p.m.: Departure
The bus will depart Jackson Hole to head back to Idaho Falls.
9 p.m.: Arrival
Arrive back in Idaho Falls.

7:30 a.m.: Departure
The bus leaves from the Hilton Garden Inn. A light breakfast will be served. Travel time to the park is approximately two and a half hours; a rest stop will be available in West Yellowstone.
10:30 a.m.: Grand Prismatic Spring
Stroll around one of the world’s most famous hot springs!
11:30 a.m.: Old Faithful
Witness Yellowstone’s most famous geyser in action! Once the geyser erupts, Stukent will provide lunch.
1 p.m.: Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center
After lunch, visit the Grizzly & Wolf Discovery Center, a nonprofit wildlife park. Stukent will provide tickets.
2:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m.: Free time in West Yellowstone
Take the afternoon to explore on your own, purchase souvenirs, and eat dinner.
6:30 p.m.: Departure from the park
The bus will depart Yellowstone to head back to Idaho Falls.
9 p.m.: Arrival
Arrive back in Idaho Falls.
